Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges.
Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business day of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number.
Domestic (USA) - USPS Mail: All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of the package.
International - USPS Mail: International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail for a standard cost of $20. Orders over $100 will ship free. Standard delivery time can vary from 7-30 business days from date shipped. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Returns & Exchanges:
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Tactical Pro Supply guarantees all of our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange. If your item is defective, please send us an image via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase (arrival date) and we will exchange it for you.
All exchanges or returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt in the package.
Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion.
We will only refund shipping charges if we discover that we were responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM www.tacticalprosupply.com NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.
